By accessing morocco-private-trip.com and booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Morocco Transfer Travel provides private driver services including: airport transfers, intercity transfers, day excursions, and full-day vehicle disposal with driver in Morocco.

All services are performed by licensed, professional drivers using our premium Mercedes fleet and partner vehicles.

We operate 24/7 throughout Morocco, with primary service areas in Marrakech, Casablanca, Agadir, and Fès.

Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp (+212 622 712 664), or email. All bookings are confirmed within 2 hours.

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive explicit confirmation from our team. Until then, it is a request.

Please provide accurate flight numbers, dates, times, and pickup/drop-off addresses to ensure smooth service.

All prices are fixed and agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation. There are no hidden fees or meter charges.

We accept: USD, EUR, MAD (Moroccan Dirham), GBP, SAR, AED, KWD, QAR, BHD, OMR, and ILS.

Payment methods: Cash on arrival (most common), bank transfer, or card payment where available.

No upfront payment is required for most services — you pay upon arrival after confirming your driver and vehicle.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the service may incur a 50% charge of the agreed price.

No-shows are charged at 100% of the agreed price.

To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.

We track all airport arrival flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait at no extra charge.

If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed (more than 4 hours), please notify us immediately so we can adjust your pickup.

All our vehicles are fully insured according to Moroccan law. Our drivers are licensed professionals.

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Please check your belongings before exiting.

Passengers are required to wear seatbelts at all times during the journey.

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers.

Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be charged to that passenger.

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government restrictions, or pandemics.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
